COURT OF PADUA
Judicial Liquidation No.67/2025

Giuseppe Bussolin, as Trustee of the Judicial Liquidation indicated above, following approval by the Procedure Bodies
WHEREAS
- the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer in the amount of €28,000.00 (twenty-eight thousand euros/00) for the purchase of the movable assets inventoried at the registered office of the company located in Loreggia, Via Dell'Industria no. 3.
- As authorized by the Honorable Judge on September 26, 2025, the Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the received purchase bid at €28,000.00 (twenty-eight thousand/00) as the starting price, with bids increasing. The procedures for conducting the trial sale are governed by this Notice of Sale;
- The party submitting the aforementioned bid is required to register for the auction and participate in the trial sale according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale;
- For this competitive procedure, it has appointed Abilio S.p.A., with registered office in Faenza (RA), at Via Galileo Galilei no. 6, to manage the online platform;
Given all of the above, the Procedure
PUT FOR SALE
The movable assets inventoried at the company's headquarters in Loreggia, Via Dell'Industria 3, consisting primarily of office furniture, factory equipment, and vehicles.
The Receiver notes that:
- the inventoried assets are located in a property not owned by the company,
- the company had leased movable assets to the offering company consisting of office furniture and equipment, as further detailed in Annex "A" to the lease agreement signed by the parties on April 1, 2025 (which is attached),
- with the irrevocable offer to purchase, the offering company formally communicated its withdrawal from the movable assets lease agreement of April 1, 2025, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 4 of said agreement, in order to facilitate the competitive sale procedure.
Auction starting price: €28,000.00
Minimum increase in the auction price: €2,000.00
If valid irrevocable bids are received at a price equal to or higher than the minimum price indicated above, the auction will automatically accept the bid as the starting bid for the auction, which will be conducted according to the procedures set forth in these Rules and Notice of Sale, in the section "Conditions of Sale of Movable Assets Inventoried in Loreggia."
MIXED SYNCHRONOUS SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving bids via both electronic and analog methods, pursuant to Article 22 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
Bidders who have submitted their bids using either the methods described in point A (electronic bid) or point B (analog bid) may participate in the auction.
A. ELECTRONIC BIDS
Electronic purchase bids must be submitted by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is deemed submitted when the complete delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.
The auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on November 19, 2025, starting at 4:00 p.m. and continuing for 5 (five) minutes, unless further bids are submitted. Below is the link to the auction page:

B. ANALOGUE BIDS
Paper purchase offers must be received in the manner indicated and no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of Notary Amelia Cuomo in Piazzola sul Brenta, Via della Roggia 5. The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments must be made by telephone (tel. 049 9600891).
The bidder who has submitted a sealed envelope on the day of the sale is required to appear at the office of Notary Amelia Cuomo in Piazzola sul Brenta, Via della Roggia 5, where the auction will take place.
There is a collection management fee of €300.00 per day ("management costs").
