- industrial plants and equipment, instrumental for the production, testing and assembly of electronic boards, assets currently used by the subsidiary Freelink Italia srl, as well as a machine currently used by the tenant of the business complex referred to in the following point.
2) Business complex in operation of Mrdcompany srl, for the activity of marketing consulting, design, engineering, prototyping and production of "mechatronic" equipment, currently leased with a contract in which the resolution is envisaged deed of transfer in case of award to third parties. including:
- tangible and intangible assets;
- vehicles and cars;
- intellectual property rights, signs and "mrdcompany" identification name;
- contracts and orders in place with customers;
- passive contracts in place with suppliers, with the exclusion of the lease of the Gallarate property; vi) n. 50 employees (of which 38 qualified technicians, 10 employees and 2 workers) all of whom will be hired by direct transfer;
- Totalitarian participation in the Freelink Italia srl company, located in Mangone, concerns the production of electronic boards. With reference to the investment, it is acknowledged that there will be no guarantee as to the equity consistency and liabilities of the investee company.
