It should be noted that the GOODS STOCKS are the subject of an estimate contract and will be purchasable with the consent or non-compliance of the tenant (the sale price therefore does not include the purchase of these stocks).
The Legal receiver acknowledges the current validity of a 4-year company lease contract with effect from 12/06/2014 renewed for the same period.
If the Company is awarded to a person other than the tenant, after the competitive procedure is completed, the latter must release the whole of the assets held for rent within 90 days of the final award.
The company is exercised with no. 47 workers c. To., The TFR is accepted by the tenant with the procedure pursuant to Law 428/1990 art. 47. Any agreements for the transfer of employees are the responsibility of the successful tenderer and must be completed within 30 days.
