Transfer of UNICO lot consisting of company assets for the craft activity of production and molding of plastic materials:
- commercial building located in the Municipality of Camerano (AN), for mixed production and craft use, identified at the building register of the said Municipality at sheet 16 part. 281 cat. D8, income € 4.131,66
- instrumental moveable assets and office use
- registered movable asset (Mercedes OM602 truck license plate AG686EE)
Business Complex (Single Lot): Starting price: Euro € 80.000,00 equal to the offer already sent to the Procedure.
The goods being sold are located in Camerano (AN).
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein indicated and also to send, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hands to be delivered without fail to the registered office of IT Auction s.r.l. (in a sealed envelope and without any sign of recognition) within 17/02/2020 at 12.00, an irrevocable purchase offer.
In the case of a single offer, the goods will be considered provisionally awarded to the subject indicated in the offer itself for the price not lower than the base price.
In case of multiple offers, an online tender will be launched on the website www.industrialdiscount.it - The online auction will start on 18/02/2020 at 10.00 am and will end on the same day at 12.00 am and can participate only qualified bidders.
