Sale of the industrial complex consisting of a plant for the production of the failed company concrete in Rieti (RI).
The plant consists of a reinforced concrete artefact placed along the natural slope of the site and used for the treatment and washing of aggregates that were crammed and introduced into the hoppers from the tee placed at the highest elevation on the mountain side where they were then mixed with cement contained in the two metal silos in the system.
The area in question contains additional items used as plant control rooms, a changing room / canteen, a local secretary and administration office, and lastly a technical room where the reading and certification machines associated with the mechanical weighing machine are located inside the yard.
The site is located on a semi-flat land with a land area of ??about 5.270 square meters with direct access from public roads, on the opposite side of the driveway, the site is completed with a land previously used as quarry for extraction for aggregates of land area of ??approximately 6,700 square meters.
Targeted vehicles are not included.
