- Real estate: portion of an urban condominium building located in Rimini via Crimea 7 / A identified at NCEU sheet 64 parcel 31, sub 23, municipal area 3, category D / 7, located on the S1-T floor, annuity € 4,882.00 including the exclusive and perpetual use of 5 parking spaces located on the ground floor and separate from the NCEU sheet 64 part. 31 subordinates 46, 47, 48, 49 and 58, all as better described and valued in the appraisal referred to in Annex 2;
- Goodwill, Licenses and Trademarks, constituting the company compendium that holds the well-known fashion brand "HAPPINESS" and its similar, including the electronic commerce site www.shophappiness.com, the various registered domains connected to it and all related services (email, indexing on search engines and social networks, backups, dropboxes, newsletters, etc ...), the list of customers, the historical database of models, all as better described and valued in the appraisal referred to in attachment 3; - Employee employment contracts
- Other contracts
all of the above is relevant to the bankrupt company having as its corporate purpose: the activity of screen printing, other graphic arts prints, as well as the retail and wholesale trade of various kinds of clothing and accessories and the production of artifacts in the field of fashion, through ordinary channels and through the web.
The assets are located in Rimini (RN), Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN), Riccione (RN), Cervia (RA), Forte dei Marmi (LU) and can be inspected upon appointment.
