The procedure puts up for sale the following assets that are part of the company compendium of the aforementioned bankruptcy:

Real estate complex located in Trapani at the corner between Via Tripoli and Via Venere. This is a former former industrial plant active in the pharmaceutical sector. The complex consists of four main buildings and two outbuildings as well as a large courtyard, and occupies a plot of approximately 1,542 square meters. The real estate complex is identified in the Buildings Cadastre of the Municipality of Trapani in sheet 1 - Parcel 205 Sub 8 - Category C / 2 and Sub 9 - Category C / 1.
The property is located in the homogeneous area D.3 (existing and completion commercial area) of the Town Plan of the Municipality of Trapani (Annex C.1).
The homogeneous areas "D.3" are intended for existing commercial activities and completion, neighborhood or medium-sized sales structures. The permissible building density is 1.5 cubic meters / sq m. The existing airspace excluding technical rooms and roofs is 4985 cubic meters. The lot has an area of ??approximately 1540 sq m so the achievable volume is 1540 sq m x 1.5 cubic meters / sq m = 2.310 cubic meters, which is considerably higher than the existing one.
