The factory, at present, consists of n. 2 large rooms where the processing is carried out, n. 3 storage rooms, of which n. 1 generic deposit and n. 2 bottled oil deposit and stock deposit, n. 1 generator technical room and offices; the latter, equipped with n. 2 toilets, have a masonry structure with brick-concrete floors and civil finishes and occupy an area of ??approx. 65; its volume is part of the volume of the shed
