Business complex consisting of movable, immovable and intangible assets, authorization for waste disposal and recovery according to determination Province of Pesaro and Urbino n. 705 of 20/04/2015 which will be turned in favor of the successful bidder having the requisites and the requirements of the law, under the conditions and methods and any prescriptions all indicated by the competent Provincial Administration of Pesaro and Urbino.
The Backruptcy received on 21/01/2021 an irrevocable offer to purchase the entire company at a price of € 370,000.00 plus VAT, if due, charges, expenses, commissions.
