Sale of a business complex intended for the production and sale, in Italy and abroad, of machinery and equipment for the paper sector and related services, including the goods specifically identified in the sales regulations.

The business complex is currently leased. This contract will expire on 07/10/2021, with the modalities for the return of the business unit provided for by art. 6 of the rental contract and with the tenant's commitment, if not awarded, to carry out the return of the business complex as required by the aforementioned article to which reference is made in full.
