Sale of a business complex called “HOTEL ALEXANDER SPIAGGIA”, located in San Mauro Pascoli (Forlì - Cesena), fraz. San Mauro Mare.
The business complex is composed of: ispections to be fixed upon appointment on 04th of December upon appointment.
- Real estate, described and estimated in annex 2;
- all the movable assets contained therein, as listed in detail in the estimate report and in the list of assets in annex 3;
- all the distinctive signs of the company without exception;
- all, none excluded, the licenses, authorizations, concessions, commercial licenses and necessary certifications currently transmissible to the Company
The following are expressly excluded from this contract: any pending contracts, including those relating to utilities in general; receivables of any kind or nature and debts, including those relating to severance indemnities (TFR) and holidays not taken accrued in favor of employees, as well as all charges, relationships, responsibilities, losses, contingent assets and liabilities of any kind and / or nature arising prior to the date of the stipulation of the business transfer contract or which derive cause or origin from facts or deeds occurred prior to that date, even if they occurred subsequently, and - finally - all the assets , further or different relationships from those expressly indicated; It is specified that the company has no existing employment relationship
