The Bankruptcy intends to receive offers for the rental of the block of assets
The individual assets forming part of the leased company transfer will be sold individually by separate sale. In the event of the sale of individual assets, the tenant company will have to return the assets to be awarded within 15 days of the award. Therefore it will not be possible to guarantee the presence of the movable property subject to lease for the entire duration of the contract.
