ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving online offers, pursuant to article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

Machinery to be scrapped, dated, lacking the CE marking and technical documentation which the expert deemed difficult to sell except as scrap iron (about 40 tons).

Goods sold as is and not to measure. Some quantities may not match. An on-site inspection is recommended.
NOTES FOR PICK UP:
- maximum time frame for carrying out the collection activities from the agreed day: 5 days
- it is advisable to have the following means for collection: suitable transport and lifting equipment.
The purchase offers must be filed electronically by 12.00 on the day before the date set for their examination and sale, with the exception of Saturdays and holidays, i.e. by 12 on 25/03/2024.
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditeudiarieitalia.it on 26/03/2024 from 3.00 pm until 3.00 pm of the following day, making sure that this does not fall on a Saturday or public holiday
