Lot composed of iron and steel scrap.
During the appraisal phase, prices were indicated in euros per unit of weight, to be quantified at the time of sale. Sale in bulk — on-site inspection is recommended (code 0095).
The sale is carried out based on the actual weight of the goods, determined through certified weighing. The starting auction price, indicated on the cover page, refers to the unit price per quintal (€/q.li).
Participation Requirements
Only legal entities with a VAT number operating as professionals, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, may participate — specifically scrap dealers specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous materials.
Obligations of the Successful Bidder
The lots offered for sale consist of non-CE-compliant goods, which must be scrapped without exception.
By accepting the Auction Rules, the successful bidder undertakes to:

Carry out the complete scrapping of the goods, without any prior use;

Provide documentation proving the completion of the scrapping, in accordance with the specified procedures;

Assume full responsibility for any damage caused by improper use of the goods, expressly releasing the Procedure and Abilio from any civil or criminal liability.
Deposits
Participation deposit:
To be paid by credit card or bank transfer, as specified in the section “Procedures and deadline for submitting bids.” The amount is indicated on the auction cover page.
Security deposit:
To be paid within the time limits and according to the procedures set out in the section “Payment methods and deadlines,” as a guarantee for the proper completion of payment and collection operations.
The successful bidder must pay a security deposit of €10,000.00 (ten thousand/00 euros) as a guarantee for the correct and complete performance of payment and collection operations.
