Industrial twin-column water softener 35 m³/h – TECN.A. – Year 2024 – New, never used
For sale: a custom-built industrial twin-column water softener (serial number 625), manufactured in 2024 and never used. The system operates continuously: while one column is in service, the other regenerates. It can treat up to 35 m³/h of water.
Main features
- Maximum flow rate: 35 m³/h
- Two fibreglass columns (FRP 48" x 72"), corrosion-resistant
- Strong cationic resin High TC: 1,200 + 1,200 litres
- Quartzite: 500 kg, in 25 kg bags
- Polyethylene brine tank, 1,500 litres
- Pneumatic PVC valves on an AISI 304 stainless steel skid
- PVC brine suction ejector
- Electronic flow switch with 4/20 mA output
- Volume-based programmable regeneration, also during off-peak hours
Control panel
- Panel with main switch, galvanised steel enclosure IP54
- Siemens S7-1200 PLC with touch panel and HMI web server
