Bankruptcy n.31 / 2020 of the Court of Ancona
Right of full and exclusive ownership of the business complex in operation consisting of:
a) all the assets forming part of the company lease agreement of 12 March 2020 with signatures authenticated by the notary omissis [rep. 67119, rec. 29877] registered with the Revenue Agency, Provincial Directorate of Ancona, at no. 1957, series 1T, with the exception of the real estate complex and, in any case, the movable assets resulting from the appraisal drawn up by the geom. Omitted
b) n. 40 employees whose employment relationships were established after the signing of the company lease contract referred to in point a);
c) inventory remaining unrelated to the company lease contract, as resulting from the inventory filed on 17/12/2020 and subject to evaluation by the geom. Omitted
d) the company lease contract referred to in point a), with expiry 11/3/2023, except for the right of withdrawal with 4 months' notice, by both parties, therefore, entailing the right of the tenant to continue to use the assets and rights in the leased company up to that date.
The company's purpose is: "The conception, design, processing, production of kit furniture, furniture in general and furnishing items, and their marketing, in Italy and abroad, wholesale and retail, by any means sales, as well as the processing, production and marketing of semi-finished products for furniture of any type, components and accessories for furnishings. The cooperative may also, in relation to the assets listed above, receive agency and / or representation mandates with or without deposit. The cooperative also has as its object the provision of commercial, technical, production and planning consultancy and services in the sectors indicated above, including the management of raw materials and finished products warehouses, as well as administrative services [...] ".
The conditions indicated in chapter I of the notice of sale were the subject of an irrevocable purchase offer by the company Omissis
Buyer's premium equal to 2.5% of the sale price of the lot with a maximum of € 20,000.00.
