The Bankruptcy puts on sale the business branch having as its object the distribution activity for motor fishing fuels precisely:
Retail distribution also - Plant products DM 577/95 Colored / denatured diesel oil (gas oil).

- Existing plants and equipment:
n.1 SAMPI brand distributor serial number 800724 connected to n.2 mc tanks. 30 each for a total of 60 cubic meters;
n.1 SAMPI serial number 800723 double supply distributor connected both to the two diesel tanks referred to in the previous point and to n.4 tanks for on-board supply of 30 cubic meters each for a total of 120 cubic meters for a total total capacity of cubic meters .180.
- Inventories of diesel equal to 9712 kg.
It should be noted that the plants insist on state property extended in the area of ??the Port of Mazara del Vallo - Banchina Porto Canale - Right state concession n.716 / 2006, and subsequent concession n.438 of 19.11.2012 with validity until December 15, 2015, the validity of which has been extended to 12/31/2020 just D.A. 134 of 12 August 2014 and circular 3694 of 9 June 2015.Following the request of the Curatela of 24.08.2020, the validity of the aforementioned concession was extended to 31.12.2033, pursuant to the D.A. n. 137 / GAB of 21.05.2020.
The activity is carried out under the D.D.R.S. n.4268 / 8PA of 21 December 2012 registered at the Agenzia delle Entrate di Marsala on 31.12.2012 at n.3502, and pursuant to the Authorization protocol n.2016'2463 issued by the Agenzia delle Dogane di Trapani on 9.2.2016 ( Excise code IT00TP000040 Agenzia delle Dogane di Trapani).
The Fire Prevention Certificate of the Provincial Fire Brigade of Trapani is issued. Practice n. 6258
It is specified that the final award is subject to the achievement of a reserve price equal to the estimated value of € 392.400,00
