The Customer has received an irrevocable purchase offer for the Business Complex of €2,000,000.00, in addition to legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to abilio S.p.A.
The Customer intends to start a sales experiment, using the irrevocable purchase offer received as the starting point.
Sale of company complex: the business branch owned by the company Pastificio Domenico Paone Srl, with headquarters in Rome (RM), via Dei Gracchi 123. In particular, it is considered functional, within the scope of the Negotiated Crisis Settlement procedure, to proceed to the sale of a business branch consisting of intangible assets, tangible fixed assets and current assets, which is made up of tangible assets (assets, machinery, furniture, warehouse), employment relationships and 5 trademarks relating to the production lines of the pasta factory .
Abilio will take care of setting up and managing a Virtual Data Room suitable for uploading confidential documents relating to the business branch for sale. The Data Room is aimed at allowing those interested in purchasing the compendium for sale access to information relating to the asset. Such access will be permitted exclusively upon signing of a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the required documents to the certified email address of Abilio S.p.A. asset.aom@pec.abilio.com
