Lot Description

Company complex owned by the bankrupt company concerning street vending of fruit and vegetables, activity carried out at the "type A" stand located in the municipality of Occhiobello (RO) via Eidania 50 / A and consisting of:

- movable property used to carry out the activity, including a registered movable property

- goodwill

- all as estimated and described in the evaluation report

There is a company lease contract entered into by the bankrupt company before the bankruptcy filing with effect from 23/07/2018 and lasting six years.

The goods that are the object of the auction are currently in use by the renting company, by virtue of a company lease contract entered into before bankruptcy.
