- Please note that the vehicle registration documents are dated 08/11/2024. Any declarations of loss of ownership or administrative seizures may have been made after that date. - The liquidator will require the winning bidder to submit an anti-money laundering declaration as required by art. 585 c.p.c. According to which, "within the deadline set for payment of the price, the successful bidder, with a written declaration made in full awareness of the civil and criminal liability for false or misleading statements, shall provide the liquidator with the information required by Article 22 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of November 21, 2007.
The successful bidder at the end of the auction will be required to send the following documentation to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes:
- A completed and signed anti-money laundering form required to properly fulfill legal anti-money laundering obligations.
- A valid identity document, if a natural person, or a Chamber of Commerce certificate updated within the three months prior to the date of submission, if a legal entity, for the purpose of a timely and preliminary verification of the prospective bidder's qualifications.
Failure to submit the aforementioned documentation within the indicated deadlines will result in the bidder being deemed ineligible. The award will be automatically forfeited, and the provisions of the "Breach of Contract by the Successful Bidder" paragraph will apply.

Car registration procedures following the award will be processed at the Effe car registration agency in Faenza. To find out the cost of the procedure, please download the "Car Registration Price List" file from the Documentation section. The prices indicated in the Price List may vary based on increases in PRA taxes (IPT, fees, revenue stamps), MCTC (stamp duty payments, MCTC fees), and are binding only after the invoice has been sent by the Effe agency.
