Sale of 50,10% shareholding in Agata Immobilare srl capital that is owner of a real estate located in Parma.
From the evaluation we can read that "the building was built in the 2000s, consisting of an artisanal / industrial factory with its own court, located in Parma and registered in the Building Cadastre of the said Municipality of Parma, Section. Urbana 3. fg. 21, part 232, ctg D / 8, rend. € 53.823,00 built on land with a land area of ??approx. 9782 and composed not only of a first floor used for the manufacture and production of furniture for furnishings, it is surrounded by a large exclusive courtyard.
This property is subject to a mortgage loan, whose residual debt is around 20% of its estimated value of € 2,850,000.00.
It is leased for an annual fee of € 150,000.00 up to 06.30.2017 and for € 170,000.00. For the next two years (in addition to Istat as per law).
In summary, the assessment of Foodnet's participation in the share capital of Agata Immobiliare srl, as correctly explained in the appeal presented by the instant company, considering the residual loan still to be paid, the loan from the Foodnet shareholder, the value to be included in the concordat asset amounts to for € 1,368,850.00.
The electronic purchase offers must be sent within and not later than 18/12/2019 at 13.00 p.m sending the PEC to offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the form available in the ministerial website http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered to be deposited at the moment in which the complete receipt of delivery by the certified electronic mail manager of the Ministry of Justice is generated.
