Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 43/2025 of the Court of Cassino
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (c.c.i.i.).
The assets are located in Isola del Liri (FR) and may be inspected by appointment.
The auction will be conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree no. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Users who are correctly registered on the platform may submit purchase offers for each lot offered for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the relevant security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer and to communicate the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest.
It is specified that the code received will be required only during the auction process.
Please note that, as this is a secret and personal code, once it has been sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
