Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 49/2025 of the Court of Perugia.
Sale carried out pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (C.C.I.I.).
The assets are located in Villa Pitignano (PG) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sales procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree No. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Properly registered users on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot available for sale by completing the form on the relevant lot’s page and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
