INVITATION TO OFFER
The undersigned Dr. Tiziana Filippone, as Trustee of the aforementioned procedure, invites you to submit, by 12:00 pm on October 20, 2025, secured purchase offers for the movable assets owned by the aforementioned procedure, as follows:
- Equipment for producing plastic bags and sacks
- Three-piece extruder
- Small printer
- Printer and two printing ovens
- Densifier with components
- Four extruders with various components
- Granulator with various components
- Welding machine
- Bags with residual plastic material
- Three metal shelves
- One plastic bin
- Volkswagen Caddy van with license plate BG729WG. Without registration document or certificate of ownership, but with keys.
SALE NOTES:
- Please note that some goods may contain waste. If waste is present, the successful bidder will be responsible for its disposal, at their own expense. The successful bidder will also be responsible for maintaining and updating waste documentation, thereby exempting Abilio and the Procedure from any liability.
- Please note that the successful bidder will be required to submit a copy of the waste identification form upon collection.
- There will be a management cost of €100.00 for each individual lot.

To submit an irrevocable purchase offer, you must:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions provided there;
b) submit your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on October 20, 2025, to Abilio S.p.A. via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that if you submit your offer via certified email (PEC), the documentation attached to the certified email must be digitally signed.
