Auction Description
Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation no. 335/2024 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code.
The goods are located in Maracalagonis (CA) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by filling out the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the personal and confidential code that must be used in order to participate in the online auction for the desired lot. Please note that the code received will be required only during the execution phase of the sale operations. It is further specified that this code, being personal and confidential, once sent to the registration email address, cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
