Auction Description

Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation no. 17/2026 of the Court of Cuneo.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 ccii.

The goods are located in Savigliano (CN) and can be inspected by appointment.

SALE NOTES:
- It should be noted that all operations related to the collection, handling, dismantling, loading, transport, and relocation of the awarded goods must be carried out by the buyer with the utmost diligence and in compliance with all current workplace safety regulations, taking every precaution necessary due to the characteristics of the premises and areas involved. All obligations, responsibilities, and costs related to these activities will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- It should also be noted that the buyer will be required to remove and dispose of, at their own care and expense, all resulting materials, including any goods, components, waste, and materials present in the premises and outdoor areas, including the yard, as inventoried and or object of the sale, leaving the spaces free from any material at the end of the collection operations 

Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
