Auction Description
SINGLE LOT - ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 10403:
A business engaged in the production and marketing of footwear, offered for sale as a single lot, consisting of the assets currently inventoried. This includes movable property and registered movable assets, plant, machinery, equipment, furnishings, and stock as identified in the sales documentation, as well as the “MARIO BRUNI” trademark. The real estate properties housing these assets are excluded from the sale.
The proceedings include an irrevocable purchase offer of €500,000.00, which serves as the economic benchmark for this competitive sale process, aimed at soliciting higher offers. The offer stipulates that the final deed of sale shall not be executed before December 31, 2026.
The trademark is currently subject to an exclusive license granted to a third party; notice has been given that this license will terminate effective December 24, 2026, subject to the provisions of Article 10 of the agreement regarding the consequences of such termination, as well as ongoing production and existing inventory.
Specifically:
1. Movable assets used for business operations, located at Via Filippo Turati 4 and 24, 63812, Montegranaro (FM), as further described in the attachment for Lot 1 of the sales documentation;
2. Registered movable assets located at Via Filippo Turati 4 and 24, 63812, Montegranaro (FM), as further described in the attachment for Lot 1 of the sales documentation;
3. The “Mario Bruni” trademark and its associated registrations, as available for review within the Virtual Data Room.
Electronic bids must be submitted by the bidders by sending them to the Ministry’s certified email address (PEC): offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it. Bidders must use the pre-filled form available on the Ministry’s portal at http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. An electronic bid is considered officially filed once a delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice’s certified email service provider.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it and will last for two hours, subject to any further counter-bids.
