that on October 9, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the asynchronous online sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:

SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9383: Business unit engaged in amateur sports activities consisting of the management of the fitness gym located at Via Lombardia 19, Monselice, currently operated by third parties in exchange for a usage fee, consisting of:

- Equipment of various types and sizes;

- Entrance and office furniture;

- Furniture and structures for dedicated rooms;

- Locker room furniture;

as further detailed in the appraisal report by Dr. Serena Libener and in the attached asset inventory.

Please note that the property where the business is operated is subject to a lease agreement between the property owner and the current tenant. Therefore, the aforementioned controlled liquidation is not included in the lease agreement.

Starting price: €17,000.00

Minimum increase at auction: €1,000.00
