Bankruptcy no. 22/2019 Court of Lecce
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Sale of the business complex of the bankrupt Romano Srl in liquidation, which includes:
- Plant, machinery, equipment and other assets;- Real estate;- Warehouse stock (fabrics, yarns and various accessories, different garments);- Intangible assets (Meltin'Pot brand, domain name, etc.).
The business complex is currently rented by virtue of a one-year business lease agreement, with the right of early withdrawal by the Official Receiver.
Goods are located in Metino (LE) and can be inspected upon appointment.
Auction base price: € 2,300,000.00 (diconsi_ two million three hundred thousand / 00)
Minimum offer: € 1.759.500,00 (diconsi_unmilionesettecentocinquantanovecinquecento / 00)
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 19/07/2021, according to one of the following alternatives:
- by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the Neprix s.r.l. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6;- by pec communication to the address salesoperations.neprix@pec.illimity.com. It should be noted that, in the event the offer is sent by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
