Composition with Creditors No. 83/2012 and Composition with Creditors No. 85/2012 of the Court of Rome
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law
Joint transfer in a single lot of:
- business unit owned by Composition with Creditors No. 83/20212, PB Oil Srl, engaged in the regeneration of used mineral oils, regeneration of bitumen and lubricating oils, generation of electricity for own use, and non-commercial storage of mineral oils.
- business unit owned by Composition with Creditors No. 85/2012 Olchimia Srl
Starting bid: €580,000.00
Minimum bid increase: €10,000.00
The purchase offer must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of Notary Paolo Silvestro (in Rome, Via dei Sasovino 6) by 12:00 noon on November 19, 2025.
The envelopes will be opened, in the presence of the bidders, on November 20, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
