Composition with Creditors No. 1/2021 of the Court of Spoleto
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law
Lot 1: 22.33% stake in Koinon Srl held by the above-mentioned procedure. The market value of the share is €300,000.00.
Lot 2: 66% stake in Foligno Sud Srl held by the above-mentioned procedure. The market value is €100,000.00.
