SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 10152: Sale of a business with a long-standing food delivery business, still in business and capable of generating positive monthly cash flow thanks to its large customer base.
The main business is the rental of professional ovens for food transport (HotBoxes).
The scope of the company being sold:
- 2 full-time employees, one administrative and one sales, working remotely;
- 1 collaborator (potential employee), who provides on-site service from the operational headquarters;
- Business goodwill (including intangible assets, trademarks, and patents);
- Software and service contracts (management, telephony, digital signature, consulting);
- Approximately 234 HotBox rental contracts;
- Rental agreement for the warehouse located in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), the company's operational headquarters.
