Judicial Liquidation No. 56/2025

Dr. Francesco Omassi, with offices at Viale Sant'Agostino, 134 - 36100 - Vicenza (VI), Trustee of the Judicial Liquidation indicated above

WHEREAS

- the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer in the amount of €50,000.00, plus statutory fees and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A., for SINGLE LOT - AUCTION NO. 9465;

- the Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the purchase offer received as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;

- The aforementioned party is nevertheless required to register for the auction and participate in the trial according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale.

Given all of the above, the Procedure

that on September 30, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the asynchronous online sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:

SINGLE LOT - AUCTION NO. 9465: shareholding held by the debtor Elmedin Dalipovski, subject to bankruptcy proceedings no. 56/2025, indicated below: 100% of the shares of MZ Costruzioni Srl, with registered office at Via Ca' Rezzonico no. 18 - 36061 – Bassano del Grappa (VI)

Starting bid: €50,000.00

Minimum auction increase: €1,500.00

ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRONIC SALE PROCEDURE
(option to receive electronic bids, pursuant to Article 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it

Electronic bids must be received by the bidders no later than 12:00 noon on September 29, 2025, by sending them to the Ministry's certified email address (offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it), using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is considered submitted when the complete delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.

The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on September 30, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM and continuing for two hours, subject to the submission of further bids.
