PROVISIONAL AWARD
Sale of goods from Judicial Administration No. 1499/2024, Court of Potenza
Sale pursuant to Article 107, Paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.
The goods are located in Policoro (MT) and can be inspected by appointment on May 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM. All viewing requests must be received by May 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Requests received after this date will not be considered.
The final award of each item offered for sale will be subject to subsequent authorization from the Judicial Authority.
