Auction Description
Sale of assets belonging to Judicial Liquidation No. 100/2022 – Court of Padua.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (C.C.I.I.).
The assets in Lot 1 are located in Padua (PD), while the assets in Lot 2 are located in Pramaggiore (VE) and Camisano Vicentino (VI), and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted via an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree No. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Properly registered users on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the appropriate form on the lot page and paying the indicated deposit by credit card or bank transfer.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after verifying the correct submission of the form and the actual crediting of the deposit.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to notify the validation of the offer, as well as the personal and confidential code to be used to participate in the online auction. Please note that this code will be required exclusively during the sale operations. As it is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or disclosed to third parties in any way.
