PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods from Judicial Administration No. 1021/2024 R.G.GIP of the Court of Ragusa.

The goods are located in Modica (RG) and can be inspected by appointment on 16/09/2026 at 11 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 11/09/2026. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration. 

SALE NOTES:
- The person provisionally awarded one or more goods at the end of the auction must send the documentation indicated in the terms of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €500 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore European successful tenderers will be required to pay VAT.
