Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 74/2025 of the Court of Pavia.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Vigevano (PV) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sales procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Users correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the corresponding security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only upon correct submission of the duly completed form and effective receipt of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, as well as a personal secret code to be used to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. Please note that the code received will be required only during the auction process. Furthermore, since this code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be re-sent or disclosed in any way.
