Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 57/2025 of the Court of Ancona.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Spoleto (PG), Mondolfo (PU), and Trecastelli (AN), and may be inspected by appointment.
- March 26, at 11:00 a.m., for properties located in Spoleto (PG);
- April 1, 2026, for properties located in Mondolfo (PU) and Trecastelli (AN).
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Users who are correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. Please note that the code received will be required only during the execution phase of the sale operations. It is also specified that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address, cannot be resent or disclosed again in any way.
