Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Civil Code.
The items are located in Capena (RM) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted using the asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users properly registered on the portal may submit bids for each lot for sale by completing the form on the page for the lot they are interested in and paying the corresponding security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate bids received only after the completed form has been received and the security deposit has been credited.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user confirming the bid's validation, as well as the secret and personal code that must be used to bid for the lot in question in the online auction. Please note that the code received will only be requested during the sale process. Furthermore, please note that this code, being confidential and personal, cannot be resent or shared under any circumstances once sent to the registered email address.
