On 28/05/2026, from 11:00 to 13:00, the asynchronous electronic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following credits:
SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9195: Business transfer of Bar, Pastry Shop and Ice Cream Shop located in Mappano (TO), strada Cuorgnè n° 72 and consisting of:
- Goodwill
- N. 1 Employee
- Capital goods
- Licenses
It is specified that the above activity is carried out at the property of third parties under a lease agreement for use other than residential, lasting 6+6 years, starting from 01/05/2021 and with an initial fee of euro 9,600.00 per year plus VAT (subject to ISTAT update). The successful tenderer will be required to take over this contract.
Auction starting price: € 10.000 plus statutory taxes
Minimum auction increase: €1,000.00
