COMPULATE ADMINISTRATIVE LIQUIDATION 195/2026

The subject of the tender is the lease of the retail food and non-food business and bar, located in Pozzecco di Bertiolo (UD), Piazza Scuole 9, consisting exclusively of the assets identified in the appraisal report published on the Portal and deemed to be fully incorporated herein, under the conditions set forth in the current lease agreement.
It is expressly specified that not all assets currently present and visible within the commercial premises are included in the scope of this tender: ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY the assets identified in the aforementioned Appraisal are subject to the lease. Any additional assets present on the premises (for example, but not limited to, third-party assets, goods, inventory, furnishings, or equipment not included in the aforementioned Appraisal) are excluded from the tender, and the successful tenderer will not be entitled to any rights over them or make any claims against the Procedure or Abilio S.p.A.
In the event of any discrepancy between the information seen during the inspection, the images, or descriptions published on the Portal, and the Appraisal, the Appraisal's content will prevail.
The lease will commence from the date of signing the notarial deed and will last until June 30, 2027.
The amount offered at auction refers to the monthly rent, plus VAT if applicable..
