The undersigned, Dr. Fabio Tindiglia, with offices in Bologna, Piazza Malpighi 6, in his capacity as Judicial Administrator and Liquidator (hereinafter the "Professional") of the sole proprietorship subject to confiscation - Procedure No. 50/2024 R.M.P. (hereinafter the "Procedure")

INFORMS

of the sale of the following business complex:

SINGLE LOT - AUCTION NO. 10180: Business unit consisting of the complex of assets organized for the retail sale of tobacco products, stationery, and complementary items of monopoly goods – Tobacco Shop No. 179 – located in the City of Bologna, at Via San Donato 1/A. This business complex includes goodwill, the lease of a property—at a monthly rent of €400.00 (currently €450.97 following ISTAT adjustments)—under the contract signed on January 27, 2018, expiring on June 30, 2030 (automatically renewable for six-year periods), the administrative permits required to operate the business, and all movable property that will be present within the business upon transfer of ownership.

The tobacconist's shop, consisting of a single-light space, is located near Porta San Donato, in the university district.

Please note that the sale also includes certain food products with an imminent best-before date or that may have expired by the date of the award. The successful tenderer will be responsible for verifying their usability or possible disposal in accordance with the law, thereby absolving the sale from any liability resulting from the improper use of such products.

Value of Offers: Free offers may be submitted. The Procedure reserves the right to evaluate the offer, assess its suitability, and decide whether to proceed with direct award or, if multiple offers are deemed suitable for various reasons, to proceed with a subsequent competitive sale.
