In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
REPORTS
The definitive award of the goods put up for auction is subject to the failure to exercise the right of pre-emption. At the end of the auction, if a provisional award has been made in favor of a third party proposer, the Bankruptcy Office will communicate the price reached to the company with the right of pre-emption, which will have the right to exercise this right within five days of receiving the communication from the Procedure . Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
