Sale of goods belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.30/2026 Court of Padova .
Sale in compliance with art 216 ccii.
Goods are located in Vigodarzere (PD) and can be inspected upon appointment.
SALES NOTES:
It is the successful bidder's responsibility to complete the collection of the awarded lot within the timeframe set forth in the Conditions of Sale, ensuring that the property and all its appurtenances are left completely free, clear, and clean of any movable property, material items, or encumbrances of any kind. This obligation must be fully fulfilled no later than the deadline set for completion of the collection operations. Failure to comply, even partially, with the aforementioned clearing obligation will result in the application of penalties for failure to complete collections, without prejudice to any further right under the procedure to compensation for any further damages and/or costs incurred in restoring the premises to their original condition.
