Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.260/2024 Court of
Torino.
Sale in compliance with art 216 ccii..
Goods are located in Rivarolo Canavese (TO) and can be inspected upon appointment.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.

SALE NOTES:
- Only legal entities with VAT number and classifiable as Professionals (who purchase the goods only for professional use and not for private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be admitted to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is aimed exclusively at demolition entities.
- The successful tenderer undertakes to proceed with the demolition of the asset.
- The entity that at the end of the auction has been provisionally awarded one or more assets will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com:
- form, downloadable from the site, certifying the commitment to proceed with the demolition of the assets;
-Updated Chamber of Commerce certificate, certifying the requirements of specialized subjects as indicated above,
-Copy of the valid document of the legal representative,
-These tender specifications signed (initialed on each page and signed in full at the bottom) by the bidder.
Demolition certificate:
- Within 15 days of the deadline established for the collection of the goods, the successful tenderer must send to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com a certificate of demolition of the goods being awarded.
