Sale of the company branch of the company S.C.O.T SRL in liquidation, operating in the road and construction sectors, of the design and construction of hydraulic systems, sports facilities and restoration restructuring.
The company S.C.O.T Costruzioni SRL was born on 11 January 1956 and since then has been a point of reference in the construction sector in the Valle del Savio area; over the years the economic interests of the company have expanded to other areas in Italy and abroad.
The sale includes movable assets, intangible fixed assets and commercial goodwill as described in the expertises in the documentation section.
Licenses for operating activities and SOA licenses are not included in the sale.
The offered price cannot be less than 75% of the base price and therefore cannot be less than € 369,623.00
