PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods belonging to Confiscation Court of Palermo.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send adeposit of 500 Euro.At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

- The successful bidder of one or more items at the end of the auction must send, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes, the following information to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com: See the terms and conditions of sale and collection.
- Please note that Article 48, paragraph 12-ter, of Legislative Decree 159/2011, provides that "Movable property, including those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be sold, with a ban on further transfer for a period of no less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth sentence, or destroyed."
