PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority
Sale of goods belonging to Proceedings No.38/2024 R.M.P. Court of Trapani.
Goods are located in Mazara del Vallo (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment
SALES NOTES:
-the person who at the end of the tender will have been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the closing of the auction, to the postvendita@industrialdiscount.com address, the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection.
- Propertys owned by a private subject and therefore an operation not carried out in the course of business. Operation excluded from the field of application of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of the D.P.R. 633/72. Transfer with revenue stamp € 2.00. The exclusion from the VAT field applies only to subjects resident in Italy.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
