Auction Description
SINGLE LOT – AUCTION NO. 10201
Business complex: Business owned by “AGRIT CONSERVE S.R.L.” with registered office in Vittoria, Contrada Strasattato, Km. 7 (RG), engaged in the processing, transformation, and packaging of agri-food products, as well as wholesale and retail trade and the import and export of the same.
The transfer of the business includes:
a) all movable assets, furnishings, equipment, including electronic equipment, complete with related software for managing the company's operations, the vehicles required for handling within the warehouse (forklifts and pallet trucks), and anything else listed in the document attached to the Lease Agreement under the letter "A", as well as the intangible assets described in the document attached under the letter "B", including the trademarks "ORTO A VAPORE", registered on May 10, 2021, "#COMEACASA" registered on February 5, 2018, and "TENUTE DI SICILIA" registered on November 14, 2016;
b) the premises, spaces, outdoor areas, and anything else indicated in the floor plan attached to the lease agreement. All of this is further specified in Article 2 of the aforementioned lease agreement.
Please note that the sale is by unit of measure and not by measurement. Therefore, we are not responsible for any discrepancies between the assets specifically listed in the appraisal and the lease agreement and those actually present in the property.
Base price:
The industrial value of the business is equal to:
• €1,136,084.38 (value of assets),
• + €700,000 (value of continuity),
• = €1,836,084.38 total.
The price for the sale of the business cannot be less than €1,836,084.38, plus statutory taxes.
Interested parties, after registering on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, must submit their expression of interest to abilio S.p.A. via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com no later than 12:00 noon on September 9, 2026.
Abilio S.p.A. will set up and manage a Virtual Data Room for uploading confidential documents relating to the assets for sale. The Data Room provides access to additional documentation beyond that uploaded to the www.industrialdiscount.it portal to those interested in purchasing the asset. This access will be granted only upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, which must be sent, signed and accompanied by the requested documents, to Abilio S.p.a.'s certified email address.
To this end, interested parties must send a request via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
