PROVISIONAL AWARD

The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods confiscated to RMP no.5/2023 Court of Palermo.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Palermo (PA)  and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 200 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALES NOTES
-The party who has successfully bid for one or more items at the end of the auction is required to send an email to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes: Please consult the terms of sale and collection.
-It is noted that Article 48, paragraph 12-ter, of Legislative Decree 159/2011 provides that “movable assets—including those entered in public registers—that are not allocated pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis may be designated for sale (subject to a prohibition on further transfer for a period of no less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth sentence) or destroyed.”
